Slovakia

Slovakia was a link in the chain of the New Year's car trip from Russia to the Czech Republic from 2012 to 2013. Then, working as a marketing director, the first purchased in a "new" condition credit car BMW 520i provoked to drive it anywhere. It is worth noting that driving anywhere on a rear-wheel drive, especially in winter, is a great adventure.

Slovakia, or more precisely Bratislava, I remember because I did not like anything in particular. Perhaps such feelings were associated with a comparison with a previous visit to Hungary, the city of Budapest, which in turn had a bright, unusual, majestic architecture (what is the parliament building worth). In Slovakia - simple. And in another part, which existed before 1993 Czechoslovakia - the Czech Republic - the architecture is much more powerful and the atmosphere is more cheerful.

The Danube River, the largest in the European Union, flows through the center of the Slovak capital. Scrolling through the pictures from Yandex, I caught myself thinking that this river looks better not in Slovakia.

It may seem that I have a grudge against this country for something, but there was no negativity. On the contrary, the older population knows Russian well and could always tell me the way. However, this country did not leave any bright, unforgettable emotions, as well as photo/video content on my phone.
